In late 1992, in the Southern Highlands township of Mittagong, our Managing Director Andrew began his construction career. He started on luxury new homes in the Highlands before moving onto some of Australia’s largest national commercial projects.
Over the following 34 years he has delivered thousands of homes and master-planned communities for iconic national brands. That same experience now sits behind our own reputable brands, Kaplan Homes and Sundancer Homes — a breadth of background that is exceptionally rare.
Today we service hundreds of customers every year, supported by local staff across Regional NSW, Regional Victoria and Greater Sydney, building brand-new homes that help families reach the milestone of property ownership.
